In plain words: DaamDost is a free flat and plot price compare tool. It does not give prices and is not linked to any builder. It only shows the figures you type in, side by side, so you can compare them. It is not a builder, a property agent or an adviser, and the decision to buy is yours alone. Check the actual price with the builder before you pay.

1. Who we are

DaamDost (“the Tool”) is a free online flat and plot price compare tool operated by Markaroo Solutions, a partnership firm based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India (“we”, “us”). By using the Tool you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. What the Tool does

The Tool works out indicative costs for flats, apartments and open plots from figures you enter or select, and lets you compare options, save a PDF, and share an image or link. It does not need an account.

3. No live or official data

The Tool does not connect to any builder, developer, government or RERA system and does not show real-time, current or official prices, availability, approvals or offers. Project details and prices in the Tool were typed in by you, or by us from material that was public at the time, and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. The only exception is currency exchange rates, which come from a third-party source with a delay (section 10).

4. Estimates only — not an offer or advice

Every result is an estimate based on the figures entered and on general assumptions (GST, TDS, stamp duty, registration charges and exchange rates) that may be out of date or may not apply to your flat, state or situation. It is not an offer, quotation, booking, price commitment or allotment, and it is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. The builder’s official cost sheet, the sale agreement and the law prevail over anything shown in the Tool. Check every figure with the builder, your state’s RERA website and a qualified professional (such as a chartered accountant or lawyer) before you pay or decide anything.

The buyer guides on this website (such as How We Calculate, GST on Flats, Stamp Duty in Hyderabad and the Plot Buying Checklist) are general information, checked on the date shown on each page. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and rates and rules may have changed since that date.

5. We are not a builder, agent or adviser

We do not sell, market, advertise, broker or arrange the sale of any property, we do not act for any buyer, seller, builder or developer, and we do not receive any fee or commission from them. We are not a real estate agent under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Before you book a flat, check that the project and any agent are registered on your state’s RERA website.

We do not check, approve or rate any project, builder or price. Projects you add are shown only to you.

6. Names and trademarks

Builder, developer and project names belong to their owners. We use them only so that you can identify which flat a figure relates to; this does not mean that the owner is connected with, or approves of, DaamDost. If you own a name or believe a figure is wrong, write to us (section 19) and we will correct or remove it, normally within 7 days.

7. What you enter

You are responsible for what you enter. Enter only publicly available price information, such as a builder’s rate card, and only figures you believe are accurate. Do not enter anyone’s personal information (names, phone numbers, addresses, ID numbers). Projects and figures you enter are not shown to other users; a copy is sent to us. By submitting project and unit details you give us a free, permanent, worldwide licence to store, analyse and use that non-personal data, including in aggregated statistics and to improve the Tool. We may edit or remove any project at any time.

When you share a result through WhatsApp, Telegram, email or another service, that service’s own terms and privacy policy apply. A share link contains the figures themselves, so anyone who has the link can see them. Do not present a DaamDost result to anyone as an official quote from a builder.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Tool: no automated scraping or bulk requests, no attempts to disrupt it or break its security, no false, misleading or defamatory content about real projects or builders, and no use of results to mislead buyers. We may block access that breaks these rules.

10. Exchange rates

Converted amounts use rates from a third-party source, updated about once a day, for reference only. They are not the rate your bank will give you.

11. Availability

The Tool is provided free, “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty that it is accurate, complete or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue it, or delete stored data, at any time without notice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage, including financial loss from decisions based on a result, arising from use of the Tool. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to ₹1,000.

13. Intellectual property

The Tool’s design, code and branding belong to us. You may freely print and share results you make, for personal or professional use. Please keep the “Made with DaamDost” footer and the estimate notice.

14. Who can use DaamDost

The Tool is meant for adults. You must be 18 or older to sign in with Google or to ask us to email you.

You may sign in with Google to keep your saved flats and plots in a spreadsheet that DaamDost creates in your own Google Drive. You own that file. DaamDost can access only files it created, not the rest of your Drive. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account’s security settings; the file stays in your Drive. Google’s own terms apply to your Google account.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Tool means you accept the changes.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.

18. Complaints

For any complaint about the Tool or anything shown in it, email MarkarooSolutions@gmail.com with the subject “Complaint”. We will acknowledge it within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
